Local COVID-19 Resources

The Sonoma County Medical Association will continue to compile relevant resources to support our local medical community during the COVID-19 pandemic.

CMA PPE Relief

SCMA and MLCMS can still help you with PPE supplies.

This PPE Relief Order form must be used for your PPE order.

PPE Product Spec Sheet: Provides specs/information on the equipment offered.

Please complete the form in its entirety. For practices needing shipments to multiple offices, please complete a separate form for each location. We aim to approve orders within 24 hours and ship within 48 hours. Advance payment is not required.

If you have any questions, please call 707-525-4375. Return your PPE Order form via email to rachel@scma.org. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We are happy to help you take advantage of this opportunity to receive PPE supplies at minimal cost to you.

Statewide Resources

Due to the PPE Relief Program's overwhelming success, CMA is extending support to practices and physicians with direct shipment of PPE supplies. As supplies become available, CMA will contact past program participants. If you have questions or would like to register your practice, please email memberservice@cmadocs.org.

The State of California made millions of medical-grade PPE pieces – including N95 masks, surgical masks, shields, gowns, and gloves – available FREE to physician practices. The California Office of Emergency Services partnered with CMA to distribute this equipment to qualifying small and medium-sized medical practices at live events in July and August. CMA is now distributing PPE Relief kits via direct shipment to practices that did not register for the first round of distribution. PPE Relief kits include up to a two-month supply (exact amount may vary by practice size, specialty and location). Questions?  See the FAQ.
